Job Description We are looking for an experienced Product Owner (mid/senior) to join the InPost Pay team and become a key player in developing our fast checkout solutions. We are seeking someone with solid experience in e-commerce—especially in checkout and BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later)—who can independently lead complex product initiatives. Your main responsibilities: • Identifying customer needs related to product development and translating them into tasks for Tech and other teams • Strategic product management – contributing to defining and executing the product vision within InPost Pay • Product leadership – independently driving product initiatives from concept to launch in collaboration with Tech, UI/UX, Data, and Marketing teams • Domain expertise – leveraging deep knowledge of e-commerce, checkout flows, and BNPL solutions to optimize user experience • Stakeholder management – collaborating with internal teams and external vendors; managing key InPost stakeholders • Strategic analysis – proactively monitoring the e‑commerce market, fast checkout trends, BNPL solutions, payments, competitive landscape, and identifying new business opportunities • Mentoring – sharing knowledge and supporting the development of InPost team members • Backlog management at both tactical and operational levels, aligned with business goals and ROI Qualifications • Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager in an e-commerce or fintech environment • Proven experience in developing and scaling checkout products and/or BNPL solutions and e-commerce platforms • Strong e-commerce expertise – deep understanding of customer journey, conversion optimization, and payment flows • Autonomy – ability to make independent product decisions and lead end‑to‑end projects • Ability to define product requirements and write user stories with strong attention to edge cases • Experience working with B2B2C products at enterprise scale • Strong analytical skills – using data to drive decisions (A/B testing, analytics, user research) • Experience launching new products to market, ideally in e-commerce • Fluent English • Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence) Nice to have: • Experience managing payment products (digital wallet, BNPL) • Knowledge of PSD2 and GDPR regulations in the context of payments and e-commerce • Experience integrating with external payment systems • Product certifications (PSPO, CSPO) • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment Additional Information Why join InPost? • Real impact on shaping products used by millions of users • Work in a dynamic environment combining startup culture with the stability of a market leader • Access to the latest technologies and tools • Flexible working model (hybrid/remote) • Comprehensive benefits package (Multisport, medical care, training platform) • Opportunities to attend industry conferences and grow professionally • A company culture based on autonomy and trust Direction: Pay - InPost Group Organisation: InPost Group
