Job Description As Product Owner for ”Integrated OR: Integration & Data Exchange”, you will play a key role in shaping how data, devices, and workflows interact in the operating room of the future. You will drive the evolution of our interoperability and integration solutions, ensuring that imaging systems, third‑party devices, hospital IT infrastructure work together seamlessly. In this role, you translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into a clear product direction. You will manage a diverse and complex set of stakeholders and interfaces, bringing clarity to ambiguous situations and providing the team with well‑prepared, refined input. Beyond internal collaboration, you will act as a key representative of your product area toward strategic external partners. You will coordinate joint product initiatives, align technical roadmaps, structure information exchange, and ensure long‑term collaboration that supports innovation, reliability, and interoperability across the OR ecosystem. In this role, you will take ownership of both the internal product development lifecycle and the collaboration with external technology partners and OR integrators. These responsibilities fall into two core areas, detailed below: Product Ownership & Leadership Own and manage the creation, prioritization, and communication of the Product Backlog Translate product vision, business requirements, and user needs into actionable deliverables Collaborate closely with cross‑functional development teams to define clear Epics and User Stories. Prioritize features by business value, timelines, and effort to drive clear, confident trade-off decisions Drive alignment across teams, stakeholders, and organizational levels in an agile environment Key Account & Supplier Management Act as the primary interface for a strategic technology partner Coordinate joint roadmaps and ensure alignment between supplier deliverables and product strategy Facilitate transparent communication across all parties, manage escalations, and support effective issue resolution Maintain a long-term, trust-based supplier relationship that supports technical innovation and business objectives Qualifications First experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role – ideally within a medical device environment Experience working at solution or portfolio level Ability to manage complex, cross-functional products involving hardware, software, and IT integration.
