WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
• Internships, academic projects, or research experience in fintech, digital payments, data analysis, or market research is a plus

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of market research methodologies and consumer behavior trends
• Knowledge of digital payments, fintech, and QRIS ecosystem
• Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for business strategy

SOFT SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork in a cross-functional environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on fintech industry trends

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: ABOUT THE ROLE:

Analyzing market demand and identifying future product development opportunities for QRIS. You will conduct research on high-demand industries, categorize merchants based on their industry type, and provide strategic recommendations based on market trends and business needs
