Job Description Job Title: Product Owner Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India What you will do: As a Business Portal IT Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for the business portal initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will play a key role in managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring that product features meet the needs of stakeholders and deliver value to customers. How you will do it: Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into product features. Collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment and transparency. Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhancements. Lead product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure user adoption and satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues. What we look for: Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 12-15 years of experience in product management, with a focus on IT products or services. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment. Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles and delivering results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
