Description

Standplaats: Amsterdam
At LTP we’re on a mission to empower people, teams, and organizations to thrive through our assessment platform. We believe in providing bias-free and data-driven insights and advice that lead to the best decisions regarding personnel.
That’s why we’re looking for a Product Owner to join our team. This isn’t just about managing a backlog; it’s about being the link between our strategic vision and its execution, ensuring every feature we build empowers our clients in their daily decision making processes.
In our team, we focus on diversity: not just in background and experience, but also in perspectives and ambitions. We’re building a culture of trust, challenge, and continuous learning. Whoever you are, you’re welcome here.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As a Product Owner, you’ll play a key role in defining, writing, prioritizing, and delivering improvements to our assessment platform. You’ll report directly to our Product Manager, who is responsible for achieving the strategic goals. Your main focus will be on translating the strategic goals into actionable stories.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Define and Refine Product Backlog: Work closely with the Product Manager to understand the strategic roadmap and translate it into a clear, prioritized product backlog, meticulously crafting user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive Sprint Execution: Lead sprint planning meetings and other Agile ceremonies, ensuring the development team has a clear understanding of what needs to be built and why.
  • Champion User Needs: Collaborate with UX, datascience and developers to ensure that the user experience is intuitive and solves problems.
  • Facilitate Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the Product Manager and the development team, datascience, and UX, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the product lifecycle.
