YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Experience You have strong experience in Pricing and/or Yield, with optional exposure to AI-based optimization models, a solid understanding of revenue management and price elasticity, and an interest in customer behavior analysis
  • Education You have a university degree in an applicable field (e.g. computer science, mathematics, operations research, business economics) or proven experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager (m/f/d) in the environment of an agile organization
  • Skills You demonstrate strong skills in using analytics software (e.g., Python) and in database querying (e.g., SQL) as well as knowledge of JIRA/Confluence
  • Team & Collaboration You’re a team player and find the best solutions in consultation with the team and other stakeholders
  • Language Your profile is rounded off by fluent English, German is a plus
Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for building innovative pricing products with global impact and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to improve current AI-based price optimization models
  • You lead the team in designing, developing, and evaluating statistical models to anticipate booking patterns and innovate pricing algorithms for SIXT markets, aiming to maximize revenue per available fleet/car per day
  • You analyze and improve existing processes and address the needs of our international business stakeholders in Pricing and/or Yield, proactively sharing ideas for innovative solutions and problem-solving
  • You monitor the business impact of your products, understand your KPIs and metrics, and use them to structure and prioritize your backlog
  • You continuously shape the pricing and yield vision, the roadmap, and the products in cooperation with the international pricing and yield management business team
