To power a seamless experience across our various product lines, we need a payments platform that’s fast, flexible, and capable of scaling with us. As part of the Product team within the Seamless Experience area, you’ll shape how our customers interact with pricing and payments at every touchpoint. From creating frictionless checkout flows, to building robust, supporting systems behind the scenes, you’ll play a key role in helping roadsurfer create unforgettable adventures for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Product Vision: Lead the development and optimization of innovative pricing and payment solutions across multiple products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, pricing, accounting, data & analytics, and sales, to define product requirements and seamless solutions that just work.
  • Platform Scalability: Evolve and maintain our payment platform to support scalable, cohesive solutions across many touchpoints. Ensure the platform can handle growth and adapt to new market demands.
  • Market Insight: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform and refine pricing strategies and payment solutions. Stay ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Run user tests and A/B experiments to validate pricing and payment concepts. Use data and feedback to iterate and improve product offerings continuously.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for product quality and user experience. Ensure effective implementation and delivery of high-quality products.
