As a Product Manager and Team Lead within the Digital Audit and Innovation Team (DANI) at KPMG NL, you are responsible for the product lifecycle of products within your portfolio. From defining user requirements to providing demos to clients, you are the to-go person for your products and a reliable leader for your team. . You are well versed in Agile way of working and stay on top of team's prioritization for short- and long-term. Alignment of product roadmap with strategic business goals is always top of mind in everything you do. During demos and client meetings, whether online or in-person, you know how to impress the users and show the product in a way that is relevant and exciting. You know how to adjust your communication style based on the stakeholders you are communicating with. Qualifications 5+ years of Product Management experience Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business, Engineering or Computer Science CSRD/ESG expertise or willingness to learn the domain Experience with stakeholder management Strong communication skills Additional Information What we offer Gross salary between €4,900 and €5,500 per month depending on your work experience, variable performance based reward, a fixed expense allowance and a fixed working from home allowance per working day.
