Description
Product Vision and Strategy Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for marketing automation, aligned with business objectives and personalization strategy. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of marketing automation principles, best practices, and industry trends. Collaborate with IT and external vendors to enable prioritized requirements. Enable and update stakeholders by developing and maintaining documentation, processes, and guidelines for marketing automation. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment and understanding of business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer and business needs, and define and prioritize requirements for marketing automation including Personalized and automated marketing processes and activities across channels, Lead management, User data management. Identify opportunities to leverage marketing automation to drive business results. 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, preferably in a product owner or similar role. Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices, including experience with marketing automation technologies(e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua). Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the marketing automation strategy. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing and IT. Experience with agile development methodologies and principles, such as Scrum or Kanban. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). University degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technologies, or a related field.
