About the role We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the evolution of our material planning and inventory optimization capabilities within our MRO software platform. As a key member of our Product Management team, the Product Owner operates in a matrix organization, partnering closely with a software development team and its Development Team Lead. In this role, the Product Owner shapes product direction and is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and maintaining the product backlog to support our business objectives. Our top 3 selection criteria: Product Backlog Ownership experience Strong Communication & Collaboration experience Material Planning & Inventory Expertise Tasks Define the product vision and roadmap for our material planning and inventory optimization modules Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business processes into clear user stories and requirements. Work closely with engineering, UX, and business experts to deliver high-quality features. Validate delivered features and drive continuous improvement through user feedback and product metrics. Collaborate with airlines, MROs, and CAMO organizations to understand operational needs. Skills Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, and material optimization processes Solid mathematical foundation with a practical understanding of optimization and forecasting models and algorithms Ability to translate complex technical and operational processes into clear product requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Nice to Have Master’s degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related quantitative field. Familiarity with forecasting techniques and machine learning concepts. Familiarity with aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA / FAA). Experience with complex ERP or MRO platforms such as SAP, IFS, or AMOS. Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in enterprise software, ideally in the supply chain field.
