Are you interested in developing the most automated payroll system in Finland? We are now looking for a Product Owner to lead the work of our Netvisor Payroll development team!
Netvisor SaaS-product already serves over 38 000 users in Finland. This means that 180 000 payslips are created and over 1 million invoices are sent monthly. Realtime cloud service is built to ease the daily work of entrepreneurs, accountants and employees by automating many of the tedious processes like handling vouchers, invoicing and payroll.

The salary range in this position is estimated to be around 5000-6200 € per month depending on your experience and background, but please let us know your expectations.

Responsibilities

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Transforming the product vision into smaller and concrete deliverables.
  • Executing the vision and the need for the product together with the development team.
  • Understanding the needs of the customers and the market trends, and communicating these to the development team through clear and concise user stories.
  • Creating, refining and prioritising a roadmap and backlog of the product together with the team.
  • Utilising data in customer value creation, verifying created value through objective measurements and communicating the results to key stakeholders.
  • Accountability for product progress and incremental value delivery in each release.

HOW TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?

Here are some skills which are needed in order to succeed in this role:

  • Previous experience in working as a Product Owner in software product development.
  • Understanding of the business domain area around payroll processes or similar highly regulated domains.
  • Being able to execute a vision for the product and a need for the market.
  • Experience with agile methods in software development, e.g. PSPO certification.
  • Ability to keep things simple and easily understandable.
  • Willingness to learn new things and having a growth mindset.
  • Understanding of technical restrictions and possibilities, AI and automation.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Finnish, and ability to inspire development team and stakeholders.
