EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (in Technology, Business Management or a closely related field)
  • 3 - 5 years experience in: Product Management, Data Analytics, Data Integration
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
  • Data analytics, data science tools and technologies
  • Agile Project Management
  • Highly proficient in English, any other European Language is a plus.
  • Open to travel abroad 4-5 times / year.
  • Willing to work from our Breda office 4 days/week

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AS A PRODUCT OWNER

Key responsibilities:
The Product Owner play a key role in translating and executing the product vision into deliverables. The purpose of a Product Owner is to maximize the value of the product resulting from the work of the development team. This role is crucial in agile methodologies, particularly in Scrum, where the Product Owner acts as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team.
The Product Owner’s scope is Data Analytics and Integration, where both the data platform (Miscrosoft Azure, Fabric) and the integration platform (Biztalk, Microsoft Azure) are developed and maintained. The Product Owner reports to the Product Manager Data Analytics & Integration.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Backlog Management: Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the overall product strategy and business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and communicate the product vision and deliverables.
  • Sprint Planning: Facilitate and participate in sprint planning meetings to ensure the development team understands the tasks and priorities.
  • User Story Creation: Ensure that clear and concise user stories are written with acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
  • Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the planned features and improvements in close cooperation with the Product Manager.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivered solutions meet the required quality standards and business needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of data solutions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Integration Oversight: Oversee the integration of data systems and ensure seamless data flow across different platforms.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, requirements, and processes.
