What We Do We offer a variety of on demand health screening services. Most recently, we have successfully scaled our first offering of rapid COVID-19 screening solutions with on-site delivery, Insta OnSite (do-it-yourself testing) and Virtual Proctoring enabled by our own proprietary Track platform. We are taking the capabilities we have built and applying them to revolutionize preventative screening in the digital health space to launch and scale our offerings in our pipeline including: lead-testing at schools, vaccinations in schools and senior living, virtual drug testing, and preventative health screenings. About This Role: We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our team. In this role you will lead and manage a custom-built software platform for Novir. In this role, you will be the voice of the customer while gathering requirements, designing, and delivering new product features to development teams. We drive innovation, and you as the Product Owner will be an integral part in creating our core platform as we continue to evolve and launch our future offerings. You will breakdown feature requests, prioritize work, and coordinate sprints with our engineering development team. This position requires onsite attendance at Novir Headquarters a minimum of 3 days per week. \n What You'll Do: Gather and prioritize requirements to build new features for our platform Lead weekly standups and check-ins with engineering development team Provide direction to development team, consistently ensuring they are aligned with the needs of the business Meet with business stakeholders regularly to gather, analyze and document requirements throughout the lifecycle of a project Provide the business updates on features and projects Manage backlog according to business priority features, enhancement, and bug fixes Use agile methodologies to manage full lifecycle development on the platform Interview and observe use of features in the field to ensure usability and customer delight Test new features while identifying bugs and documenting needed adjustments Key Experience We’re Looking For: 3-5 years recent experience as a Product Owner working with development teams to build new offerings, features, integrations that drive business growth 5 years' experience working in a digital healthcare environment Deep experience with small scrappy start-up team waring multiple hats with a growing development team A strong understanding of coding including a technical background with fingers to keyboard and the possibilities as they relate to building new features Strong experience in writing clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria and aligning priorities Flexible, fast-paced, independent thinker that can work in a flat, unstructured environment and bring order to chaos and weed through priorities to gain consensus to drive development priorities Ability to test against acceptance criteria across devices and Operating Systems and develop and execute testcases with support from the business Build and own strategic roadmap of epics and integrations to align with business goals and strategy on an annual planning basis Experience with best practice project management tools and experience managing an AGILE process (Jira or other backlog management tools) using a Kan Ban or Sprint methodology Weekly management processes with stakeholders and daily stand-ups with developers A bachelor's degree from an accredited university Who You Are: You’re Customer Focused: The customer journey is at the core of everything you do, and you keep it top of mind while designing features You’re Organized: You have strong attention to detail, never miss the little things, and have focused productivity and accuracy You’re A Strong Communicator: You are comfortable communicating with engineers, and business stakeholders clearly and concisely You’re Analytical: You consider multiple factors when making decisions, and use data when and where possible to inform your decisions You’re Open-Minded: You are comfortable giving and receiving feedback Perks of Working @ Novir: Competitive total compensation offerings Generous paid time off policy Medical, dental and vision insurance, some of which is covered by the company Company provided Disability and Life Insurance Flexible schedule and work from home policy A friendly office atmosphere in our office space in the heart of Milwaukee’s Third Ward Opportunity to build something incredible while being surrounded by intelligent, hardworking and motivated coworkers \n Novir is a fast-growing startup with a work hard, play hard attitude.
