As a Product Owner at Reclamefolder.nl, you are the operational right-hand of the Product Manager and ensure that the product team always knows what needs to be built, why it is important, and how success is measured. You translate insights from customer conversations, data, and user research into concrete and actionable features. In doing so, you make a significant contribution to the further development of a platform that receives 872,000 unique visitors per month. Without your direction, uncertainty arises regarding priorities, scope, and requirements, causing the development of the platform to slow down. You do this by, among other things:

• Translating product choices and insights from customer conversations, data, and user research into well-developed features with clear user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and measurement points.
• To prepare refinements, keep the backlog up-to-date and organized, and ensure that web, iOS, Android, and backend teams can always work ahead.
• To be the first point of contact for developers, UX, and the Tech Lead regarding functional questions, and to make independent decisions regarding scope and implementation within the established frameworks.
• To monitor the scope during development, prepare functional validations with test scenarios and acceptance checks, and verify delivered features on iOS, Android, and the web.
• To analyze requests from DPG Media, sales, and other internal stakeholders, collaborate with the UXer and data analyst on the appropriate KPIs and metrics, and provide advice on prioritization.

Reclamefolder.nl has an entrepreneurial culture with approximately 25 colleagues in IT, marketing, and sales. Although we are part of DPG Media, we operate independently. This gives you significant influence on product development and business operations, while simultaneously benefiting from the knowledge and expertise of a large media organization.

You work in a multidisciplinary product team consisting of a Product Manager, web developer, iOS developer, Android developer, backend developers, a UXer, a data analyst, and a Tech Lead. In this role, you give the Product Manager room to focus on discovery, strategy, and customer contact, while you maintain a backlog of features ready for development.
