Your companions for this trip:

• You are no stranger to change and progress - you already have experience in supporting the implementation of change management processes and in project management
• You are a seasoned project initiator, with extensive project experience and methodological expertise (e.g. for example Scrum, agile working, etc.), that you have already put into practice
• You are a professional in stakeholder management: you have mastered the art of communication and relationship management and have extensive experience in dealing with different stakeholders
• Education and skills go hand in hand: you have successfully completed your studies or training in IT, business or a related field. Even more important than your degrees and certificates, however, are the practical skills and experience you bring to the table
