Job Summary We are seeking a Product Owner with experience working in Insurance industry to drive enhancements across digital platforms and business solutions. The role will support delivery of innovative capabilities (including AI-enabled solutions) to improve operational efficiency, customer experience and business outcomes. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners/vendors to translate business requirements into scalable product features that deliver measurable value to the organization, including emerging digital and AI capabilities. This role requires strong analytical thinking, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment. Key Responsibilities • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements • Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, review test plan/scenarios, and perform user acceptance testing • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely and successful delivery of projects/initiatives • Collaborate with key business stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact between business and tech while managing expectations and dependencies • Review business processes and identify optimizing solutions/features • Support UAT, production releases, and post-implementation reviews to ensure solutions meet business requirements • Deliver strategic digital projects within an Agile delivery environment Team • Accountable for the progress and completion of projects/initiatives through clear prioritization and direction defined for tech squad members (e.g. developers, QA etc.) Experience  Minimum 5 years working experience as a Product Owner in an Insurance industry  Exposure to delivering solutions involving data analytics, automation, or AI-driven capabilities (e.g. chatbots, process automation, recommendation engines) is advantageous  Proven experience delivering and rolling out enhancements on digital platforms  Strong experience working with multiple business stakeholders across different functions  Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills  Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, self-motivated and flexible to change  Having a solution mindset, detail oriented and demonstrating willingness to learn is a must Internal and External Stakeholders • Business Owners / Sponsors – to align product vision, priorities, and outcomes with business objectives • Data / AI Teams – to support data pipelines, model integration, and governance considerations • Engineering – to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver enhancements • Enterprise / Solution Architects – to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and technology standards • Delivery – to support deployment, release planning, and production readiness • Risk, Legal, Compliance– to review and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, implications, contractual and data protection (e.g. MAS guidelines, internal policies) • Technology Vendor / Partners – where applicable, to manage third-party solution and/or outsource development Skills & Competencies • Agile certifications (e.g. CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM) are an advantage • Strong understanding of digital solution architecture concepts (APIs, integrations, system workflows) • Familiarity working with emerging technologies such as AI/GenAI, automation tools, or conversational platforms is advantageous • Hands-on experience with Project Management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma or equivalent
