Responsibilities

At GANNI, we’re on a journey to innovate and drive sustainability in fashion. To strengthen our digital backbone, we’re seeking a PLM & PIM Product Owner to optimize and develop our Product Lifecycle and Product Information Management systems.
You’ll act as the link between business needs and technical solutions, working with stakeholders across departments (Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, Product Data & E-com) and external consultants.
As Product Owner, you’ll shape how GANNI manages its product applications—leading scoping, analysis, and solution design, ensuring simple and effective systems, and overseeing implementation in close collaboration with project managers and partners.
Beyond major projects, you’ll drive smaller optimizations, support post–go-live phases, and continuously improve processes together with external developers.

Success in this role requires curiosity, strong stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to translating business needs into valuable digital solutions. You’ll also ensure proper documentation, process mapping, and long-term refinement of our systems.

  • Own and manage the PLM & PIM backlog, including scope definition, development planning, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Drive roadmaps, documentation, and architectural concepts for system development and integration.
  • Act as the point of contact for technical actions and inquiries regarding the applications.
  • Ensure business continuity by maintaining system operations, user management, and technical support.
  • Uphold IT governance processes, ensuring documentation and compliance standards (SOPs, user guides, release management, etc.) are followed.
  • Manage budget, licenses, and vendor relations, ensuring solutions meet business needs and deliver value.
  • Contribute your expertise in designing the solution by the requirements and ensuring quality assurance by testing.Manage updates and releases with a strong focus on test and release management
