GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for Product Owners for the new Core Banking platform to drive and deliver the objectives of the program. The opportunity is in a challenging and performance-oriented environment with exposure towards the senior management of the bank and with the potential to grow.

Professional and Technical:

• Must have experience in private banking
• Must have experience with agile delivery approaches, ideally working experience as a product owner or similar role
• Experience in working with T24 must have
• Through understanding of private banking value chain and good understanding of core processes such as advisory and investment management and the typical PB product landscape
• Strong expertise in digital products and services in Private Banking
• Good understanding of business processes, process design, and process re-engineering
• Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment assertiveness
• Experience in finding operational synergies and performing impact analysis on business models, tools, and processes
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and taking a hands-on approach
