AGILE PRODUCT OWNER

On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a Product Owner for an intermediate role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 to 4 days onsite at our client’s Edmonton OR Calgary Office.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with our Call Center Agile Team in sprint planning, building stories, and testing. This role involves translating customer needs into detailed requirements and collaborating with design and IT teams for seamless delivery.

MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Agile SCRUM Product Owner or equivalent certification
• 3-5 years of project management/agile scrum experience
• SAP CRM Experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects concurrently

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Deep understanding of SAP CRM and/or Salesforce applications
• Experience in user experience planning with cross-functional teams
• Background in the utilities sector and/or contact centers
• Experience with Agile Project Management tools (JIRA, ADO, Smartsheet)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Craft compelling narratives to effectively communicate product vision
• Translate customer needs into detailed requirements and user stories
• Lead the Customer Care Agile SCRUM team and facilitate grooming sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize project plans
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure product quality
