Product Owner - Product Division

Drive product vision, guide Agile teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful, compliant, and timely delivery of innovative solutions.

THE KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS ARE:

• Participate fully in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, testing, retrospectives).
• Identify and resolve product issues, optimising for business deliverables.
• Understand end-to-end customer experience and dependencies.
• Collaborate with other Product Owners to maintain a consistent customer experience, monitoring performance and satisfaction.
• Work closely with digital teams, ensuring effective communication and testing. Represent business stakeholders, addressing and escalating critical bugs.
• Assist in development team management: Collaborate with stakeholders to create user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own, refine, and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring team understanding of business value.
• Secure necessary business sign-off.
• Motivate the team to deliver innovative solutions effectively and urgently.
• Manage workloads with the Development Manager, escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain strong communication with Technology and Business teams.

Champion the product vision by providing direction and support to the Agile development team and work closely with stakeholders from across the business to ensure the stability, compliance and success of proposed product solutions.
Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design, implement and report on the creation of new solutions and improvements to the existing platforms. Ensure optimal and timely delivery of prioritised initiatives/changes in conjunction with Technology and Business Stakeholders.
