The Product Owner/Manager is responsible for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the development team. They are the main link between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the product meets customer needs and the company’s strategic objectives. The Product Owner defines and prioritizes the Product Backlog, actively participates in Scrum meetings, and works closely with the team to ensure the delivery of value in an iterative and incremental manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience Level: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in similar roles.
• Academic Background: Degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Advance proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge: Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, prioritization abilities, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Soft skills are valued: leadership, effective communication, collaboration, negotiation, strategic thinking, customer orientation.

• Interact and continuously collaborate with stakeholders (customers, users, sales team, marketing, etc.) to understand their needs and priorities.
• Effectively communicate the product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations.
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) and with the UX/UI team.
• Clarify doubts and provide guidance to the development team regarding Product Backlog items.
• Ensure the development team understands the Sprint goals and Product Backlog items.
• Validate that product increments meet the defined acceptance criteria.
• Make quick and effective decisions to remove blockers and ensure Sprint progress.
• Contribute to the development of the product strategy.
• Understand the market, competition, and industry trends.
• Ensure the product aligns with the company’s overall objectives.
• Define and monitor key product metrics to evaluate success and identify the need for adjustments.
• Analyze data to make informed decisions regarding Product Backlog prioritization.
• Make decisions regarding product scope, functionality, and prioritization.
• Balance the needs of various stakeholders.
