WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

We are looking for a Product Owner with a strong drive and a strong commercial mindset, who:

  • has a good knowledge of and a huge interest in the applications for the stores
  • can understand complex flows and write detailed business requirement descriptions and acceptance criteria
  • possesses excellent stakeholder management skills, and can communicate with many different stakeholders across Retail, IT, and other service functions, and base decisions on facts
  • works in a structured, detail-oriented manner and is a great team player
  • can maintain and prioritise system development ideas, ensuring visibility and transparency so the team is always clear on upcoming priorities
  • ensures the Development Team fully understands the items in the Product Backlog, to the level of detail required for successful delivery
  • is fluent in English

The position will be placed in JYSK Head Office in Aarhus, Denmark.

Responsibilities
  • leading the investigation phase, in collaboration with the team and country organisations, ensuring smooth roll out phases
  • working on behalf of the agile team with relevant stakeholders to understand and clarify customer needs
  • ensuring that the IT support for business processes aligns with Retail’s requirements
  • serving as a leader for the country enablement team, making clear decisions and prioritising work regularly
  • engaging POS testing prior to rollout and ensuring that training materials are created for a smooth implementation
  • independently managing and prioritising the team’s projects, from idea to implementation, including stakeholder management, leading meetings, and ensuring on-time delivery
  • taking responsibility for the implementation of new functionalities across the business, signing off acceptance criteri
