This is what you bring with you

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, engineering or a related field – or a comparable qualification with extensive technical experience
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst in a B2B environment, ideally in the Salesforce environment.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform (e.g., data model, standard functionalities, customization)
• Experience with agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) and backlog management, as well as collaboration with technical teams and roles (Developer, Architect, Admin)
• Ability to structure and prioritize complex technical requirements
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
• Understanding and sense of responsibility for GDPR and data compliance issues
• Very good German and good English skills
• Nice-to-have: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Product Owner/BA), experience with Bullhorn 4 Salesforce, PDF Butler, experience with integrations, APIs or ERP processes, knowledge of sales or marketing processes
