WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Main assignments:
To act as a representative of all those involved in the project, responsible for product management in any area of a company;
To develop a prioritized backlog from the roadmap;
To determine the priority of team tasks, maximizing the value of the product being developed by the team with a focus on delivering value;
To collect and analyze indicators and data about the product to facilitate decision-making;
To monitor and explain the expected return of the product;
To ensure that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to everyone;
To communicate and assist in stakeholder engagement continuously;
To manage incident, event, and problem processes;
To build the roadmap or set of objectives with the perspective of product evolution, aligned with the company’s strategy;
To collaborate in building an agile organizational culture with your team, peers, and stakeholders;
To carry out R&D activities for the development of new products and/or improvement of current products, aiming to improve customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar hybrid role in Agile environments
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Trello
  • Familiarity with product roadmaps, iterative delivery, and backlog management
  • Basic technical literacy to work effectively with software development teams (e.g., understanding APIs, data flows, or system logic)
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Proactive, collaborative, and value-driven mindset
  • Empathetic and servant-leader approach to team support
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
