  • Work day-to-day with a dedicated cross-functional product squad, providing clarity, direction and ongoing support throughout delivery.
  • Translate customer, business and operational needs into clear priorities, actionable requirements and well-defined outcomes.
  • Own and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring work is prioritised according to customer value, business objectives and technical considerations.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to contribute to discovery activities, validate opportunities and shape effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineers to break down complex initiatives, define acceptance criteria and make informed trade-off decisions during delivery.
  • Facilitate and actively participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Partner closely with technology, operations and business stakeholders to manage dependencies, resolve issues and maintain alignment.
  • Use customer feedback, operational insights and performance data to evaluate outcomes and inform future priorities.
  • Champion continuous improvement within the team, leveraging emerging technologies and AI tools to improve ways of working, delivery effectiveness and product quality.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar digital product role within a software, technology or digital environment.
  • Strong experience translating customer, business and operational needs into clear requirements and delivery priorities.
  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams in Agile environments, with a strong understanding of modern product delivery practices.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity and make informed trade-off decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organised and comfortable bringing structure and clarity to complex problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data and evidence to support decision-making.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence, align and drive outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
  • A genuine focus on customer outcomes, balanced with commercial, operational and technical considerations.
  • Experience with SaaS products, digital platforms or complex workflow-based systems would be highly regarded.
