WHERE DO YOU COME IN?

We are seeking a product owner to engage with the more technical individuals at our client organizations. While we can provide valuable insights to IT management, our goal is to translate those insights into practical processes that can assist software architects and development teams in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, prioritize, and execute our product roadmap based on SIG’s strategic goals and customer feedback.
  • Actively engage with customers to ensure they maximize their use of our products.
  • Collaborate with our development team to bring new features to life.
  • Serve as the point of contact for product-related inquiries from other areas of the organization.
  • Work closely with the product team to ensure a coherent and consistent product offering.
  • Assist in creating documentation, training materials, and other resources to help our customers learn and effectively utilize our platform.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Affinity with software quality and architecture.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within enterprise IT organizations.
  • Experience with stakeholder management in a product environment.
  • Experience with supporting commercial responsibilities in a product organization.
  • Experience in B2B product development.
  • Holds a Master’s degree or higher in a technical field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen eye for user experience.
