• Defining SLAs, SLOs
• Making sure any issues are resolved
• Bringing in vendors efficiently when needed
• Help promote the services to the rest of the bank/the sales pitch to the rest of PNC so they know they can come to that team for API services
• Drive automation so that the platforms are resilient, so they are always running
• Fixing bugs, fixing issues, doing it in a matter so that the application teams who use the platform so that outages do not occur

Must Have Technical Skills:

Level 2 - 2-4 years:

• Google Apigee
• IBM API Connect
• Agile
• Jira
• Confluence
• Microsoft Office Suite
