ABOUT THE JOB
People Analytics is the AI & Analytics center of expertise for HR. Our goal is to support HR teams in leveraging data to help strategically manage activities and improve employee experience. To achieve this, People Analytics use a AI & Analytics platforms for data processing, visualization and AI. People Analytics offers analyses, dashboards, predictive models, and digital solutions that meet the needs of senior management, HR teams, and business units.
Within People Analytics, you will join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of about forty collaborators, working in Paris and Lisbon in an agile mode. You will work with other data experts (including data quality analysts, data analysts, data engineers & data scientists) and will be in constant contact with other HR experts.
PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS
With a scientific background, you have at least seven years of experience as an analyst, consultant in a quantitative-oriented position;
Pedagogically, you are able to listen and understand customer needs, manage data projects, and communicate your statistical analyses and results clearly and intelligibly to different stakeholders, both in writing and orally, adapting to the expected technical levels of your interlocutors;
You have experience in data mining, modeling, and data visualization;
Finally, we attach particular importance to our future collaborators acting with responsibility and professional ethics daily.
