ABOUT YOU AND YOUR EXPERIENCE

• HBO / WO thinking and / or education level
• You have proven track record and 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in complex agile / Scrum environments
• You possess relevant technical product and market knowledge with regard to DevOps, CI/CD automation and platform engineering
• Preferably you have Azure DevOps or comparable platform (e.g. Jenkins, Github and Gitlab)knowledge especially around permission management and YAML pipeline best practices
• You can manage complex squad and product dependencies and drive concrete outcome against set timeline
• You do not get caught up in details and see the bigger picture. You focus on value creation and impact (outcomes), rather than technical feature delivery (outputs)
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills. You’re able to structure complex stories and present to various target audiences to get their buy-in
• You are proactive andambitious to co-create value with your stakeholders and technical user groups
• You are experienced with problem / product discovery and have an inquisitive mind in understanding the root cause of a problem
• You are eager to learn, not afraid of stepping outside of your comfort zone. You are equipped with a growth mindset in which you provide and receive feedback with openness.

As a Product Owner you determine what needs to be done, prioritize and align to achieve our ambitions and drive real impact. A Product Owner is part of an autonomous multidisciplinary team that is end-to-end responsible for their products.

• You create a vision for your product, which takes your team and stakeholder’s perspective and feedback into account
• You ensure the voice of the consumer is central throughout the product lifecycle
• Liaise with stakeholders, set the right priorities that are aligned with business objectives and strategic directions
• You create a roadmap to deliver value in a timely manner, with the right quality and cost
• You prioritize product backlog and actively manage dependencies across teams
• You actively align with leadership to proactively facilitate decision making to business meaningful outcome
• You take a proactive approach in ensuring our services are adhering to regulation and compliance guidelines
• You work with your Solution Architect to select sustainable technical solutions
• You work with your Scrum Master to cultivate a high-performing team and provide constructive feedback to help squad members reach their full potential
• You challenge your team and area on latest market opportunities and structural improvements
