Description

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, interviews, and discussions with business users.
Understand business processes, identify gaps, and recommend technology-driven solutions.
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional requirements.
Identify dependencies, assumptions, constraints, risks, and potential impacts of proposed solutions.
Analyze existing systems and processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, clear, and testable.
2. Agile & Scrum ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Create and maintain product backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Break down complex business requirements into smaller, manageable user stories.
Support the Product Owner in prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog.
Clarify requirements and resolve functional queries raised by development and QA teams during sprints.
Ensure stories meet the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done where applicable.
Participate in release planning and support successful delivery of sprint/release objectives.
