Job Title Product Owner Transaction Monitoring Workflow Management Job Description The position is classified in scale 9 or 10, depending on education and experience. Impact Help protect Rabobank and our customers worldwide from financial crime. You will streamline and automate workflow processes, supporting analysts to efficiently analyse suspicious activities. In this role, you directly impact FEC case-handling and contribute to a safer financial environment. You & your role Drive innovation and digitisation in Financial Economic Crime (FEC) case-handling. As Product Owner, you work closely with Business Analysts, Scrum Master, and IT developers in a multidisciplinary team. You own the squad backlog, ensure alignment with the Area’s vision and goals, and continuously improve workflow management systems for analysts and management. You report progress to stakeholders, identify opportunities to enhance Agile ways of working, and collaborate with other Product Owners across the organisation. Your focus is on digitising and innovating FEC to protect society, customers, and Rabobank. Extensive experience in data management and data quality. Experience with IT management and development processes, including Agile/Scrum. Experience with PEGA is an advantage Experience with AI is also desired. Knowledge and experience in optimising operational processes in regulatory environments. Experience in the FEC domain is considered a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
