Description

Contribute to the definition of product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with business goals. Ensure cross-team dependencies are managed effectively and reflected in iteration planning. Facilitate sprint reviews and demos with stakeholders, capturing feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure technical enablers are sequenced and integrated into delivery plans. Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline (required). 7 years + of experience in digital product development, agile delivery, or technology environments. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner, or equivalent (preferred). Hands-on experience with agile frameworks including Scrum, SAFe, or Lean Portfolio Management. Demonstrated success in translating customer and business needs into valuable digital solutions. Proficient in backlog grooming, user story writing, and managing feature prioritisation. Strong understanding of CX/UX principles and ability to incorporate customer feedback into product improvements. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other agile product management platforms. Airline, travel, e-commerce, or digital services experience is a plus.
