Job Purpose The Product Owner is accountable for effective backlog management for products in Product Solutions domain developing and communicating the product goal, creating, developing and ordering the PBIs, and ensuring a transparent and well-understood product backlog. Prioritise the product backlog and accept deliverables at the end of each sprint. This role responsible for delivering end-to-end technical solutions across cross-functional, multi-platform systems and ensures alignment with business requirements, IT strategy, and architectural standards, while balancing speed, quality, and cost. The role also oversees the lifecycle of Product Domain products and solutions, driving innovation and continuous improvement.. Lead Product Solutions domain products/solutions' lifecycle, determine future opportunities for innovations/change/improvements with close collaboration with the domain chapter lead and architects; create communication channels in order to track customer experience proactively.Accountable for the value delivered by the Scrum teams in Product Solutions domainRepresent business stakeholders and be the voice of the customer to guide the team for a particular business purpose.Define the product vision and coordinate with other Department Leads, Tribes Leads and Product Owners;Keep focus of the team on delivering business value in regular increments;Define the MVP, taking into account the constraints and the life cycle of the client;Responsible for defining and tracking Objective Key Results (OKRs) and KPIs as part of the quarterly business reviews (QBR) process; Uses data to develop and define user stories / items and acceptance criteria from the feature and capability roadmap;Contributes to the squad with relevant product knowledge in the development of tasks;Prioritizes initiatives to achieve business objectives and continuously refines the backlog to keep it up to date;Participates in the sprint planning to reaffirm priorities and clarify requirements;Approves the final release plan and accepts all deliverables against defined user stories and acceptance criteria;Engages stakeholders and senior leaders regularly on all aspect of the product; As a member of the squad, supporting the team in achieving sprint goals and KPIs.Ensure that to provide technical and financial input (CAPEX), including effort estimation, constraints, and dependencies. Contribute to Group Business and Technology plans. Bachelor's degree from Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Mathematics Engineering and other related departments. Broad knowledge of software technology and development processes, particularly Scrum, Kanban, TDD or BDD , disciplined agile delivery and lean development. Algorithms, object-oriented programming, multithreading, concurrency, and high-performance systems. Java, Spring Boot, XML, SOAP, REST, Web Services, Apache Camel. Containerization and orchestration tools: Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Kubernetes, Docker. CI/CD and DevOps tools: Jenkins, Nexus, API Gateway. Messaging and caching technologies: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis. Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. Unit testing tools: JUnit or equivalent. Experience with Agentic AI, MCP and LLMs is a plus. Strong facilitation and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders. Systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem solving.
