VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture About this Role We are seeking a Product Owner with a strong foundation in software engineering and at least two years of experience in business analysis or product ownership. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in customer-facing environments and are passionate about delivering technology solutions that meet evolving business needs. You will be responsible for managing small to medium-sized projects and opportunities, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. What you will do Lead the delivery process of customer requirement projects, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with expectations. Own and manage the requirements gathering process, integrating customer needs into technology plans. Oversee all project-related activities including proposal development, planning, reporting, and risk management. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing updates on timelines and scope. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the scope of work with existing customers. Manage multiple projects or opportunities simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Support opportunity management processes from initiation to finalisation. Who you are A professional with at least 2 years of experience in business analysis or product ownership. Possess a background in software engineering. Skilled in customer engagement and relationship management. Capable of managing multiple small to medium-sized projects concurrently. Proactive in identifying business development opportunities and expanding customer relationships. Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical details into business value.
