The Product Owner (PO) is one of the key operational roles within a Digital Customer Technology team. The PO is responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the team and ensuring that the Team Backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs. PO is the team’s primary customer advocate and primary link to business and technology strategy. This enables the team to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders while continuously evolving the solution. The PO has a significant role in quality control and is the only team member empowered to accept stories as done.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry, including at least 3 years with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Query
• Knowledge and experience in Salesforce integration (system/data) with external systems is an added advantage
• Knowledge of business process re-engineering, system development lifecycles and program/project management
• Profound knowledge in agile methodologies, e.g. Scrum, SAFe
• Excellent analytical, holistic and conceptual thinking skills
