As a Product Owner, you are the linchpin between the business and technology. You maintain an overview, set priorities, and ensure that improvements are actually implemented. Your responsibilities include, among other things:

Managing, optimizing, and further developing our HR applications such as AFAS, Quinyx, and more.

Drafting and monitoring the roadmap.

Translating wishes from the organization into concrete user stories and improvements.

Coordinating incidents, changes, and new functionalities.

Collaborating with HR, IT, key users, and software vendors to successfully realize projects.

Identifying opportunities to design HR processes smarter and more efficiently.

Monitoring the progress, quality, budgets, and planning of projects.

Supporting and guiding key users within the various HR teams.
