As the Product Owner Workflow and Intelligent Automation, you will lead the delivery of digital solutions that simplify internal processes, enhance employee experiences, and unlock value across Great Southern Bank. You will have the satisfaction of leading others in delivering simple, competitive and effortless experiences that help our customers improve their financial wellbeing.
In this role you will be responsible for the design, delivery, and ongoing enablement of enterprise workflow and automation platforms ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned to the organisation’s strategic priorities.
This position is open to candidates located in Brisbane, offering you the flexibility to work from home two days a week.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Delivery Manager or Technical Lead
• 10+ years IT experience ideally within system development or transformation
• Experience with UIPath, PowerApps/PowerAutomate, and Dynamics 365 essential
• Experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) utilising a variety of methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communications skills including facilitating workshops, building relationships and interacting with key stakeholder across all levels of the organisation.
• Demonstrated success in strategic development and program execution with retail banking products.
• Experience working in Agile development preferred.
