Product Owner (x|f|m) - Hybrid

For MySartorius & Sartorius ID we are looking for a Product Owner (x|f|m) for Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, managing the team’s backlog and ensuring that development aligns with customer needs and the product roadmap. By collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will drive agile processes, maintain the product backlog and ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly solutions, shaping the future with us. This position is available for full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Göttingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

• You take over the proactive management of the My Sartorius developer team
• Together you are responsible for the continuous development and design of the My Sartorius Platform functionalities
• You are in close dialogue with internal stakeholders and customers about platform improvements in relation to customer journeys and the overall customer experience
• You define the scope of software releases and support the development team in refining product backlog items
• Reviewing and approving the work done by the development team to ensure quality and alignment with goals rounds out your responsibilities

What will convince us

• You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on information technology, computer science or an education relevant to the product area
• This is complemented by proven professional experience from a Product Owner role
• We require experience in product development and project management, preferably with relevant certificates
• You have expertise in agile software development You are characterized by your excellent people leadership and management skills as well as your strong cooperation and communication skills
• Your profile is rounded off by fluency in English
