Zertic is an international and innovative technology company that specializes in providing solutions to the Test, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry. We are committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients, and we’re looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our team.
As a “Product Owner” at Zertic, you will play a crucial role in the further growth of our SaaS applications. You will work with a dynamic team of developers and project managers and are directly involved in the translation of customer requirements into software solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Develop and maintain a profound understanding of the Zertic platform, including architecture, configuration, and functionality.
  • Demonstrate or acquire in-depth knowledge of customer workflows and business processes to ensure product decisions are aligned with real-world use cases.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to effectively manage and support development processes.
  • Maintain working knowledge of common programming languages and frameworks to enable informed decisions with technical teams.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of data structures and algorithms to support solution design and technical trade-off discussions.
  • Experience with version control (preferably Git) to collaborate with developers and track product evolution.
  • Apply basic effort estimation to support planning and resource allocation.
  • Understanding of technical debt to support balance of short-term delivery with long-term product health.
  • Ask targeted, insightful questions to uncover underlying requirements and clarify complex issues to drive customer value.
  • Understanding of different testing types: unit, integration, end-to-end, UAT, and their role in delivery quality outcomes.
  • Contextualize the product within broader technical and business ecosystems, ensuring alignment with overall goals and strategy.
  • You have a command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities
  • Drafting, developing, supporting, and monitoring product feature releases and release plans in alignment with defined strategic objectives.
  • Participate in analysis and planning sessions to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to articulate, refine, and discuss product backlog items, ensuring shared understanding and alignment on priorities, scope, and feasibility.
  • Conduct story mapping and analysis of development requests to support informed prioritization and roadmap planning.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, collaborating with the development team to ensure clarity, feasibility, and value delivery.
  • Continuously inspect, evaluate, and communicate product progress and performance against defined goals and KPIs.
  • Present planned initiatives and product updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Zertic’s strategic direction and market leadership in TIC Software.
  • Managing development tasks (Agile-CCPM) to optimize team throughput and focus.
  • Collaborate and participate in team/customer sessions to clarify support and backlog items, ensuring accurate understanding and effective resolution.
  • Prepare and draft structured reports and updates for the board.
