We are seeking a Product Partnerships Manager / Lead to accelerate the adoption of our transformative HYPRPlant™ product. In this role, you will develop and deploy an engagement program for key industry partners – ranging from other technology suppliers to priority engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) companies. You will be a critical bridge, translating between the local European market landscape and our core product offering. This role requires technical project context and necessitates creative thinking to structure partnership and collaboration setups. Your mandate is to influence market players and build partnerships that position Electric Hydrogen as the preferred choice in the electrolyzer industry. This role will be an early employee in Electric Hydrogen’s rapidly expanding European team and is key in enabling and refining the company’s go-to-market strategy in the region. This is a highly visible, externally facing role for someone who can combine commercial acumen with deep industry and technical knowledge. You will help open Electric Hydrogen’s office in Madrid, Spain – helping to set its culture at its first European office. The role is based out of Madrid, Spain. About you • Exceptional communicator—skilled at presenting complex ideas visually, verbally, and in writing • Strong track record working on large-scale industrial projects • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate independently • Passionate about clean energy, decarbonization, and making unique impact at a fast-growing company • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment Primary Responsibilities Design and lead influence programs that educate and engage strategic partners in the green hydrogen ecosystem Act as the voice of Electric Hydrogen, serving as the primary point of contact for partners to learn about HYPRPlant and stay informed on company updates Channel development, including identifying and building partnership structures to expand Electric Hydrogen’s reach and increase competitiveness Marshall cross-functional internal resources—technical sales, cost estimation, and engineering—to execute a comprehensive partner engagement program Gather and relay insights from frontline partner interactions to shape Electric Hydrogen’s commercial offering and strategy Qualifications Experience working with or at an EPC on industrial projects, ideally on the commercial or product integration side Background in hydrogen, refineries, or renewable energy project development Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage customer-facing relationships Experience in channel management, business development, or sales is a strong plus Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint Degree in a technical field Compensation and Benefits | P4 #LI-REMOTE Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​ Base salary is just one part of Electric Hydrogen’s total rewards package.
