Job Description 1. Project/product management; ramp-up New Product on-time, maintain daily project. 2. Awareness of quality management system of Automative manufacture. 3. New Project leader in MOE, coordinating within China, and Global product team. 4. Close cooperation with all engineering and production. 5. Coordinator of customer audit. 6. Setting-up and controlling schedules: Toolings, materials, EWAK, QZ test, until SOP 7. Daily maintain running product, especially Engineering changes, customer requirement 8. Drive Continuous improvement of the product on Cost, Quality 9. Engineering, and IE background for internal owner follow up and driving improvement project. 10. Industrial engineering for production process & Material flow. 11. Follow up open points, special task 12. Document management and coordinator, PQP, Service order, QA, FMEA Qualifications Bachelor degree or above 3-5 year working experience Project management / planning, New Product Introduction & mass production/ industrial engineering work Legal Entity: Bosch Automotive Products (SuZhou) Co., Ltd. Responsibilities

Manage the ramp-up of new products and maintain daily project operations, coordinating between global teams and production. Drive continuous improvement in cost and quality while overseeing industrial engineering for production processes and material flow.
