The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Planning Executive fluent in Arabic to join our automotive team in Dubai. This junior role shall report to product planning manager and will be pivotal in analyzing market trends, coordinating product strategies, and ensuring the timely launch and success of automotive products in the UAE market. Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and analyze automotive industry trends to inform product planning and development. - Develop and implement comprehensive product plans aligned with company goals and market demands. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure product success. - Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch performance evaluation. - Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. - Prepare and present product performance reports to senior management. - Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards relevant to automotive products.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience in product planning or management within the automotive industry. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills. - Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for the automotive industry.
