JOB DESCRIPTION

The Product Portfolio Leader is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of Music Tribe’s disruptive product categories. This involves leading innovation in product development, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring operational excellence and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience in aligning product innovation with customer needs, delivering outstanding user satisfaction and engagement.
• Product Portfolio: Extensive experience in managing complex, global product portfolios with a focus on disruptive innovation and market differentiation.
• Commercial: Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving profitable growth through strategic product management and business development.
• Technical: Solid technical background with expertise in translating complex technical requirements into market-leading products.
• Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and delivering results in a dynamic global environment.
