Description The Product Program and Retail Coordinator supports the Product Program and Retail team by assisting with inventory management, order fulfillment, e-commerce administration, shipping, and the operation/prep of the GirlScoutSwagon. This role assists the Director of Product Program and Retail in ensuring that Girl Scout merchandise and program-related retail items are accurately tracked, well presented, and efficiently delivered to customers and volunteers. This is a part-time position, with a maximum of 10 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day operations of the council’s retail program, including the online store (Shopify). Assist with maintaining and updating product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory levels in Shopify. Assist with the setup and support of new retail items, seasonal merchandise, and promotions. Assist with inventory tracking, counts, and reconciliation for retail merchandise. Assist with monitoring inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking or adjustments. Help maintain an organized, accurate, and efficient retail storage space. Support inventory preparation for council events, pop-ups, and program-related activities. Prepare shipments for customers, troops, volunteers, and internal council needs. Assist with resolving order issues or discrepancies in coordination with the Product Program and Retail team. Provide operational and administrative support to the Product Program and Retail team. Assist with special projects related to council retail initiatives and product programs. Requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently. Comfort with technology and willingness to learn council systems. Basic understanding of inventory management and shipping processes. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. Ability to lift and move retail merchandise and boxes (up to approximately 30 lbs). Ability to stand, bend, and work in a storage or fulfillment environment as needed.
