Job Description As a Product Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple product initiatives across our online gaming platforms and mobile apps. Overall, you will ensure our cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Designers, Developers, QA, and Business Stakeholders) stay aligned, on schedule, and on target. Responsibilities include: Coordinate and monitor product development projects from initiation through delivery Assist Product Owners and Managers in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Maintain up-to-date project documentation, roadmaps, and progress trackers. Organize and lead sprint planning sessions, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum support). Track project KPIs and ensure tasks are delivered according to milestones. Act as a liaison between internal departments (Tech, Development, Design, Marketing, Compliance) to ensure timely delivery. Identify and escalate risks or bottlenecks and propose mitigation strategies. Support mobile apps release management processes by aligning deliverables with product launches or updates. Prepare project status reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders. Coordinate and support mobile app releases in collaboration with development, QA, and app store compliance teams. Ensure app submission requirements for iOS and Android are met, including metadata, assets, and version control. Track and manage dependencies across teams to prevent delays and ensure alignment with product goals. Facilitate clear communication of changes, blockers, and updates to stakeholders and impacted teams. Help foster a collaborative, productive, and transparent project environment. What we are looking for: Related experience would be considered as an advantage but not a requirement. Bachelor’s Degree would be considered as an advantage but not a requirement. Organized with attention to detail. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product development life cycles is an advantage. Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner. Ability to work independently and manage priorities under tight deadlines. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, ClickUp). What's in it for YOU?
