We currently have a vacancy for a Product & Project Management Expert fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

REQUIREMENTS



    • Master’s degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with 17 years of relevant working experience in IT;

    • At least 4 years of experience implementing Agile methodologies in large enterprise projects;
    • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management;


      • At least 2 years of experience in Project Management;

      • Experience in the use of M-365, Microsoft project and Sharepoint online tools;
      • Excellent knowledge of PM2 and PM2 Agile;
      • Good knowledge of agile toolbox (i.e. JIRA, Confluence, BigPicture, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc.);
      • Good knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle;
      • Good knowledge of Information System development lifecycles SDLC (waterfall, spiral, agile models);
      • Following certificate is required: Certified SCRUM Product Owner or PM² advanced certification or equivalent;
      • Excellent command of the English language..

      Responsibilities
      • Alignment of current processes with the PM2 Agile processes;
      • Prioritize and sequence the product backlog;
      • Participates in project planning, daily stand-up meetings (SCRUM);
      • Participates to retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings;
      • Review deliverable and demonstrable product version/software functionalities after every sprint;
      • Provide guidance to the teams on implementing the chosen requirements gathering methodology and review their deliverables related to Product Management.
