THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE

  • Lead the project team End-to-End on an innovation project including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion, to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, in full, at targeted quality level, until 6/8 months post NPI launch.
  • Accountable for the project outputs and documententation, she/he reports project progress pre-launch and product performance post launch, until project is officially handed over to LCM team.
  • Facilitate regular project reviews and post-launch evaluations, implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement in project delivery.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and transparency within his/her functional project team
  • During LCM, lead corrective actions plan for product quality issues (by design)

THE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE YOU’LL BRING:

  • 3 to 5 years in project management role handling complex, multi- functional projects
  • Proven experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and risks
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Experience with continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
  • Strong communicator, capable of working with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing the End-to-End project management framework, ensuring that all innovation-related projects are delivered on time, within budget and at the targeted quality level (product performance and consumer satisfaction).
  • Reporting into the Product Director on a day-to-day basis, this role ensures that innovation projects align with strategic objectives, effectively manages cross - functional project team members, and oversees the continuous improvement of project execution processes.During the product LCM, he/she drives corrective actions plan when any quality issue arises, or for any product cost /competitiveness improvement.
