About the role: Responsible for managing the End-to-End project management framework, ensuring that all innovation-related projects are delivered on time, within budget and at the targeted quality level (product performance and consumer satisfaction). Reporting into the Product Director on a day-to-day basis, this role ensures that innovation projects align with strategic objectives, effectively manages cross - functional project team members, and oversees the continuous improvement of project execution processes During the product LCM, he/she drives corrective actions plan when any quality issue arises, or for any product cost /competitiveness improvement. The impact you’ll make: Lead the project team End-to-End on an innovation project including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion, to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, in full, at targeted quality level, until 6/8 months post NPI launch. Accountable for the project outputs and documententation, she/he reports project progress pre-launch and product performance post launch, until project is officially handed over to LCM team. Facilitate regular project reviews and post-launch evaluations, implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement in project delivery. Foster a culture of accountability and transparency within his/her functional project team During LCM, lead corrective actions plan for product quality issues (by design) The skills and knowledge you’ll bring: 5+ years in project management, with 3+ years in a PMO role handling complex, multi- functional projects Proven experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and risks Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills Experience with continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives Strong communicator, capable of working with cross-functional teams Fluent in English and Mandarin What we’ll give you in return: Ready to make an impact? Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end project management framework for innovation projects to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, including post-launch evaluations and corrective action plans for quality issues.
