WaveCel is looking for a Product & Project Manager to take full ownership of bringing new products from concept through production. This is a hands-on role with big impact — shaping product pipelines, leading development, and working directly with factories, engineers, and customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Product & Project Manager at WaveCel, you’ll have complete responsibility for bringing products from concept through production. You’ll work closely with external design resources, internal engineers, account buyers, and domestic & international manufacturing partners. You’ll also support strategic planning and manage a pipeline of new products to keep WaveCel fresh and relevant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product Planning – Own the WaveCel product portfolio, build long- and short-term pipelines, identify new opportunities, and manage product lifecycle.
• Product Development – Lead NPD, coordinate with design firms and factories, and manage go-to-market launches.
• Project Management – Build and oversee project timelines, ensure milestones are met, and manage factory transitions when needed.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Work with sales, marketing, and leadership to align strategy, messaging, and execution.
• Supply Chain Development – Partner with vendors, negotiate pricing, and support operations in developing production capabilities.
