What you'll be doing: Supporting the development of products that meet the needs, characteristics and objectives of our target market Demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of evolving products, propositions and regulatory changes Ensuring product developments comply with internal and regulatory policies before launch Undertaking Post Launch Reviews in line with governance processes Contributing to Independent Governance Committee, Mastertrust and Consumer Duty reports to evidence value for money and good outcomes Managing our internal Product SharePoint site to make sure colleagues have access to up to date and accurate information Supporting risk management by recording and reviewing risks with the Operational Risk team Conducting customer research and product testing to ensure propositions meet customer needs Qualifications Who we're looking for: Innovative and curious – eager to learn and find new ways to enhance customer outcomes and support Collaborative and confident – with strong communication skills and the ability to present to senior stakeholders Knowledgeable – understands Workplace Savings products, regulations, and evolving market trends Experienced – in financial services or employee benefits consulting, and ready to take the next step Analytical and organised – skilled at managing data and project tasks effectively Proactive and positive – approaches challenges with a solution-focused mindset Committed to development – willing to work towards professional qualifications such as CII (or already on that journey) Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
